We do Ship Internationally for larger orders. Please call for details. we will gladly quote you a price!
Return Policy
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return the item within 14 days for a merchandise credit or exchange. All returns must be unopened and in resalable conditions and contain the original packing material, manuals and blank warranty cards. Credit will not be granted for merchandise unsuitable for resale. Merchandise must be in original packing and is subject to inspection. Merchandise that has been marked, affixed with stickers, or with crushed packaging will not be accepted.
Bonte’ Medical Products Inc. will only pay return shipping costs if returned items were shipped in error, due to incorrect product information listed on our website. For International orders it is the customers responsiblity to pay shipping for unsatisfactory orders. If order was placed and the return items in question were due to customer's error, we will not refund the initial shipping charges. Additional shipping charges for exchanges will apply.
- Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained from customer service or a sales representative for any and all returns. To obtain your RA number simply call us at toll free 1-877-426-9253, 9:00AM-6:00PM EST, Monday through Friday. RA numbers are valid for 10 business days from the date of issue. A return without an RA number will not be accepted.
Delivery
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days or the same day (subject to stock availability). Due to size or weight, some items may require extra time for delivery. Special and custom orders may take up to 5-6 weeks for delivery. Please call us if you have any questions about your order or shipping timeframe. All shipments are discretely and safely packaged.

Returns Policy
You may return new, unopened items sold by Bonte’ Medical within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or refund. All items must be returned, complete with all parts and accessories, in their original product packaging. Some items by their nature are simply not returnable . All returns must be in new re-saleable condition; safety seals or sealed retail packaging must be unopened.
Please note that all returned merchandise will be assessed a 30% restocking fee Shipping charges are not refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not accept returns of opened, sealed items or items returned more than 14 days after delivery.
All returns must have a Return Authorization number (RA#) obtained from our Returns Department in advance. Merchandise shipped without a RA number or shipped to the incorrect return address may be denied a refund and returned to sender.
Design revisions and color variations may exist for product images on this web site may not exactly reflect the product you receive. We reserve the right to make adjustments due to errors, product discontinuation, or typographical errors in advertisements.
Items Not Returnable
Some items by their nature are simply not returnable. Below is a partial listing of common items that cannot be returned. The list is not complete and is only included as a guide of commonly refused return requests:
Opened Personal Care items, Men's and Women’s Health Items, All items or orders marked Special Order (*sp), All custom ordered items; Clearance Items, Anything open, used, or tried on, Toilet Seats, Toilet items in general, Medical equipment used for bath or safety.
Large orders over $1000 are not returnable. We will work in correcting the problem with you and our manufacturers so that we reach 100% customer satisfaction.
