Alterra 1232 Hi-Low Bed: The Alterra 1232 bed can be lowered to the ground (7.25", 184 mm) to help reduce patient falls, and can be raised to comfortable working height (36", 660 mm) to help reduce nursing back injuries. The bed moves from its lowest to highest height without any horizontal movement, reducing wall damage. Finished in quartered oak with hardware, this bed has head section rails and head/foot boards. With built-in safety features for peace of mind, it offers smooth, quiet DC motors, unique grid/rid deck for enhanced comfort and staff control option.
